This is a 1 hr. Class designed for any age to achieve their goal in tumbling. Although there are many level requirements in tumbling they all start with the basics of core strengthening and proper body positions. Each athlete will be required to wear stretch shorts and a sports bra as well as a hair up in a pony tail. Sign up now!
