The sport of Allstar is a combination of cheer, gymnastics, acro & dance. We train anyone and everyone who has a strong desire to be involved with a program that is interested in growing our sport. Cheerleading has grown immensely over the last 20 years. Back in the day, teams were typically just high school or recreational teams. Today we have become an elite group of athletes that have a desire to cheer in college and hopefully, in the near future compete in the Olympics. Our sport focuses on team work, athleticism and less on the gameday, Pom-Pon type of cheerleader. We have definitely separated ourselves from the typical stereotype of cheerleading. As our sport grows more and more, athletes view cheerleading as a viable activity to be involved in from preschool through high school. Today’s Allstar athlete can learn exciting skills in a fun, safe environment. All-Star teams are typically comprised of 15-36 athletes with a variety of skills. The choreographed competition routine is performed by the group and has elements of tumbling, stunting, jumping, dance, and other skills set to music. The routines are typically 2 1/2 minutes in length. At competitions, the teams are divided by age and ability level. The routines are judged by their level of difficulty, precision, creativity, and entertainment value.
There are thousands of allstar ELITE CLUB cheer programs all across the country. The Rock Solid Allstars are considered one of the top AllStar programs in Florida. HOLDING several Regional, State and National Championships under our belt, We believe that we have a solid program that is able to fit everyone from NOVICE to elite.
